LeEco launched the Le 2 and Le Max 2 smartphones on wednesday at their #2future event in India

  • LeEco left out the Le 2 pro smartphone for the Indian market
  • Le 2 is priced at Rs.11,999 and the Le Max 2 starts at a price of Rs.22,999.
  • Both smartphones are touted as the first smartphones to miss the 3.5 mm audio jack.


LeEco in New Delhi on Wednesday at its 2Future event  launched the Le 2 and the Le Max 2,its second generation of smartphones.
The Le 2 has been priced at Rs. 11,999, while the Le Max 2 is priced at Rs. 22,999 for the 4 GB of RAM with 32 GB storage and Rs. 29,999 for the 6 GB RAM with 64 GB storage. 

The LeEco Le Max 2 will be available via Flipkart and LeMall.com in its first flash sale on June 28. Registrations for the same begin on June 20. As for the LeEco Le 2, its availability is not at announced.

The LeEco Le 2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor with 3GB RAM.It is an octa-core chipset with 4 A72 cores and 4 A53 cores.Sure the performance would be superior to the competition.The display of Le 2 is a 5.5-inch screen with 1080p resolution.It has a 16MP shooter on the rear with f/2.0 apertue 
and an 8MP camera up front with f/2.0 apertue and 1.4micropixel size. You also find a fingerprint scanner at the back of the device. It has 32GB of onboard storage which is not expandable.It supports dual nano-SIM supporting 4g LTE on both sim cards.It packs a 3000mAh battery, USB-C for charging and audio via CDLA (continual digital loss-less audio), and an attractive aluminum design.




The Le Max 2 is the high-end Android flagship for LeEco.
It is fueled by a Snapdragon 820 processor with a 4GB RAM and 32GB storage, or a whopping 6GB of RAM with the 64GB storage.The display has a 5.7-inch QHD resolution.It has a 21MP Sony IMX230 rear sensor for camera and an 8MP front shooter,dual nano-SIM support with 4g LTE on both sim cards, USB-C for charging and audio via CDLA (continual digital lossless audio) and a 3100 mAh(non-removable).LE max 2 has a unique dual charging technology combining Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 with its in house technology which gives 3.5 hours of backup with 5 minutes of charge.
It’s also worth noting that LeEco has a ton of special services on offer with its  Le Vidi, Le Live, Le Music, and LeEco Drive.LeEco also launched the Le Headphones alongside, priced at Rs. 1,990 and featuring USB Type-C connectivity and CDLA support.Both smartphones also come with a USB type-c to 3.5 mm audio jack converter bundled with the devices.
